REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you have the option to return the items for Store Credit. We do not offer refunds. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for any sale items (items marked under the sale tab) so please choose wisely. In the case of items purchased with a discount code, your store credit will reflect the final amount paid for the item, minus the discount. Store Credits are valid for 12 months and can be used on any item/s on our website.

Here are some important guidelines for returns:

  • Items must be returned in 100% original condition with tags: unworn, unwashed, unperfumed, and free from makeup and fake tan.
  • Customers are responsible for covering the postage cost for returning items.
  • ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL; there are no exchanges or refunds unless the item is defective or faulty.
  • Please note that we do not accept returns for socks or earrings unless they are defective or faulty.
  • For hygiene reasons, all clothing and swimwear must be tried on over underwear. Do not remove the hygiene seal on swimwear, as returns will not be accepted if it's removed (unless defective).
  • When returning shoes, place them in the original box and use a postage bag. The box must be in its original condition to be accepted.
  • We recommend using a traceable delivery method for all returns to ensure safe delivery. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned to us.

Items that do not meet the above Conditions of Return for our change of mind policy will not be accepted, so please ensure you are following the correct returns process as we want you to be happy with your purchases from us.
